Pittsburg County EDA unanimously approves agenda, minutes and $2,275.98 in claims

Ross Selman, chairman of the Pittsburg County Economic Development Authority, called the Feb. 23, 2026 meeting to order at 10:30 a.m. in the County Commissioners Conference Room at the Pittsburg County Courthouse.
The board unanimously approved the meeting agenda after a motion from Trustee Charlie Rogers, seconded by Vice-Chairman Mike Haynes. Rogers then moved to approve the minutes from the Feb. 17 regular meeting; Haynes seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The trustees next acknowledged and approved all claims and fiscal transactions issued by the Economic Development Authority and approved by the Board of County Commissioners. The printed purchase orders show four vendor payments for the EDA trust dated Feb. 23, 2026: Amazon Capital Services, $474.22; McAlester Radio, $750.00; Atwoods (leaf blower), $434.98; and ACC Business (monthly internet service), $616.78, for a total of $2,275.98. The motion to approve claims was made by Rogers and seconded by Haynes; all three trustees voted AYE.
There was no unfinished business, no additional agenda items, and no new business reported. Selman moved to adjourn; Rogers seconded and the board voted unanimously to adjourn. The meeting record indicates the session was conducted following proper notice under the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act.
