McAlester, Okla. — During the Feb. 17 meeting the Pittsburg County Animal Shelter presented its monthly report and year-to-date statistics covering intakes, adoptions, private cremations and out-of-county surrenders.
Director Michele Van Pelt summarized shelter operations and responded to a question from Chairman Ross Selman about how cremations are handled.
