The board awarded Bid No. 13 — the sale of Lot 2 and the east half of Lot 3 in Block 4 of Canadian — to the sole bidder, Tommy Ray Bruton Jr., for $15,000. Commissioners noted the first advertised bid had been below the county’s appraised value and that the property would be deeded after receipt of payment and filing fees.
