Council approves minutes and adjourns Nov. 5 meeting

The Municipality of Kingston Town Council approved its Oct. 6 and Oct. 20 meeting minutes at the start of the Nov. 5 regular voting meeting on a motion by Councilman John Chernesky, seconded by Council Vice President Nancy Cooper; the vote was unanimous.
At the close of the meeting, Council adjourned at 7:30 p.m. on a motion by Nancy Cooper, seconded by Kate McMahon. Council President Rob Jacobs announced the next Work Session will follow the public hearing for the first reading of the 2026 municipal budget on Monday, Nov. 17, 2025.
