Contract documents in the packet show the purchase agreement with Penn Care, Inc. for a 2022 Medix ME-153 on a Ford F-450 chassis with a base price of $163,686 less a finance credit of $4,100, bringing the total to $159,586. The agreement notes lead-time variability and that warranty coverage is provided by the chassis manufacturer and builder.
The court also reviewed EMS equipment invoices and discussed EMS staffing and facilities in the sheriff and EMS reports but did not take additional EMS capital actions at the meeting.
