Med 3 transmission: EMS Director Chris Limpp reported Med 3 suffered a catastrophic transmission failure on April 7. The court ratified emergency repairs performed by Wiers Fleet Partners for $6,900.30, approving payment based on the submitted invoice.
Mt. Eden Fire MOU (ARPA): The court approved a memorandum of understanding to reimburse Mt. Eden Fire Protection District up to $29,878 from American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for emergency equipment purchases. The MOU requires the district to comply with ARPA procurement and reporting, submit paid invoices and retain records for audits.
Officials said the generator contract and the Mt. Eden MOU moved forward with engineer and federal‑grant oversight; the Med 3 repair was ratified to keep EMS vehicles operational.
