Court receives July financial report and approves payment of invoices and transfers
Summary

The vendor register in the packet itemized more than 100 invoice line items across county departments, and the minutes list specific refunds and transfers to be processed (examples in packet: a $2,960 refund to KY Office of Ag Policy, an EMS refund of $737.32, and multiple internal transfers listed in the packet). The motion to pay invoices was made by Magistrate Brett Beaverson, seconded by Magistrate Mike Moody; the minutes record a unanimous voice vote of 'aye.'
The packet included detailed vendor invoices (ambulance billing, elevator maintenance, Rumpke, Zoll, vendor quotes and software contracts), bank reconciliations, and a multi‑page appropriation condition report. The court took no further action on the finances beyond approving the claims and transfers presented.
