A separate amendment for the North Industrial Development Area (Wilkey North Industrial Park) amends the allocation for Fritz Winter so that the Authority will receive 100% of 3/4% of occupational tax from Fritz Winter until the Authority has been reimbursed the value of the land, after which it will receive 70% of 1/4% of occupational tax from the remainder of Wilkey Industrial Park. The court approved both amendments and authorized the Judge/Executive to sign the documents.
