The minutes list transfers including $625 for PVA telephone and $200 reallocation to food service equipment, and record approval of a long claims list that includes KACo funds, utility charges to the Franklin Electric Plant Board, West Kentucky Correctional Healthcare, insurance and payroll disbursements. The court approved the June 30, 2023 financial statement subject to audit and authorized County Treasurer Nicole Law and Judge Executive Mason Barnes to sign the statement. The FY22/23 Treasurer’s Settlement was also approved and signed by the treasurer.
Separately, the court approved a $500 Fiscal Court sponsorship for the Hometown Harvest Dinner on Aug. 4. The minutes record approval of debris removal at the Community Park tower site at an estimated $800–$1,000 to clear material found while setting piers. No additional budgetary analysis or projected impacts on fund balances were included in the meeting record.
