Magistrates press for documentation as trash complaints prompt Scott Waste contract review

Magistrate Thurman reported he had spoken with Scott Waste Operations Supervisor Trey Holman, who told Thurman he was not aware of the problems and said he would investigate. The court discussed including a performance clause when negotiating a future contract. No formal action was taken at the meeting; court members asked departments to document specific incidents for review.
