The motion to adopt, moved by Squire Mike Harrod and seconded by Squire Kelly Dycus, passed with Squires Blackburn, Dycus, Harrod, Tanner, Whisman and Judge Mueller voting in favor; Squire Sherry Sebastian abstained.
