Mike Haynes moved to approve the meeting agenda; Ross Selman seconded and the trustees voted unanimously to adopt it. The trustees then read and approved the minutes of the Jan. 27, 2026 special meeting on a unanimous vote after a motion by Ross Selman and a second from Mike Haynes.
Trustees acknowledged and approved all claims and fiscal transactions issued by the Economic Development Authority and previously approved by the Board of County Commissioners. Ross Selman moved to approve the claims and fiscal transactions, Charlie Rogers seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. The meeting record includes a purchase-order listing for Fiscal Year 2025–2026 showing payments for contract labor and vendor services for the Economic Development Trust (EDA EXPO M&O) totaling $8,253.75; a $4,939.40 invoice to Alex Heating & Air LLC for A/C repairs is the largest single line item.
