The court approved commencing advertisement and bid lettings for construction services when appropriate and adopted several project-related documents, including a Clearinghouse Letter of Assurances and the BTADD Administrative Services Contract.
The court adopted Resolution 22-1355 to enter into a legally binding agreement with LVCAP and the City of Flemingsburg for joint project participation, and approved an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for joint operation and staffing of the new senior center.
Members also approved actions to address project administration: Resolution 22-1354 authorizing distribution and processing of CDBG funds, Resolution 22-1356 addressing potential cost overruns, and Resolution 22-1357 concerning rental payments/fees for the facility. The court voted unanimously on these items. The court also approved withdrawing the USDA Rural Development grant application for the project.
