The board approved the meeting agenda after a motion from Charlie Rogers and a second from Ross Selman. Trustees then approved the minutes from the Jan. 12 regular meeting on a motion from Ross Selman, seconded by Rogers. The trustees also voted unanimously to acknowledge and approve claims and fiscal transactions issued by the Economic Development Authority and approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
