The Pittsburg County Economic Development Authority met Dec. 1, 2025, in the County Commissioners Conference Room in McAlester and approved routine business items unanimously.
Trustees recorded a unanimous vote (Charlie Rogers, Ross Selman and Mike Haynes) to approve the meeting agenda after a motion by Ross Selman and a second by Mike Haynes. Selman also moved to approve the Nov. 24, 2025 regular meeting minutes; Haynes seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Chairman Charlie Rogers moved to approve all claims and fiscal transactions issued by the Economic Development Authority and approved by the Board of County Commissioners; Selman seconded and the vote was unanimous.
The purchase-order summary attached to the meeting records lists one small expenditure under the Econ Dev Trust EDA EXPO M&o account: vendor listed as ATWOODS, purpose ‘CLIPS’, amount $8.28. The meeting minutes do not tie that purchase order to a separate motion or discussion item beyond the claims approval.
The meeting concluded when Rogers moved to adjourn, Selman seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
