Trustee Ross Selman moved to approve the posted agenda; Rogers seconded and the motion passed with all three trustees voting yes (Charlie Rogers, Ross Selman, Mike Haynes).
During the meeting the trustees read and approved the minutes from the Nov. 10 regular meeting. Selman moved to approve the minutes; Rogers seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The board then considered the acknowledgement of claims and fiscal transactions issued by the Economic Development Authority and approved by the Board of County Commissioners. Trustee Ross Selman moved to acknowledge and approve the claims and fiscal transactions; Trustee Mike Haynes seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
The purchase orders and warrants listed by the county clerk show a grand total of $6,012.24. Line items included OSU-CTP training ($125.00); JANITORIAL and concession supplies from vendors such as Jamesco Enterprises LLC ($641.08) and Staples Advantage ($177.76); vehicle and shop parts (Kiamichi Automotive Warehouse, $136.69); multiple contract labor payments (amounts range from $45.00 to $75.00 per listed contract labor entry); utilities and rental fees; and several smaller operating costs. The county’s purchase-order list provided by the clerk shows vendors, purpose lines and individual amounts that sum to the stated total.
There was no unfinished business or additional agenda items. Chairman Rogers moved to adjourn the meeting; Trustee Mike Haynes seconded and the motion passed. The meeting was declared adjourned.
