The council approved the final map for the Southwest Partners development (file 202-35-015A) with staff conditions requiring a vegetation plan consistent with Town Code Title 7, Chapter 2, no covenants, conditions and restrictions (CCRs) for the phase, coordination with state agencies, and a requirement that Ascent Drive be connected to Fairview Drive before more than half the units in this phase receive certificates of occupancy. Joe Jarvis, staff member, presented the map and said staff had reviewed the proposal for code compliance. Councilmember Kerry Ballard moved the motion; Councilmember Greg Brimhall seconded it. The motion passed unanimously with Councilmember Cory Johnson absent.
