Chairman Charlie Rogers opened the session and, with Commissioners Ross Selman and Mike Haynes present, the board unanimously approved the meeting agenda and the Nov. 10 minutes. The board approved claims and purchase orders for payment and ratified several blanket purchase orders covering parts, fuel and services.
