The Franklin County Board of Commissioners Legislative Committee approved several routine items during its March 7, 2023 meeting.
Committee member Dale Schultz moved to approve the minutes from the Jan. 5, 2023 meeting; Tyler Bauer seconded and the motion passed on an all-aye voice vote. Schultz again moved, with Bauer seconding, to approve the county’s notary applications; that motion also carried on an all-aye voice vote. Grant Benere moved, with Bauer seconding, to approve bonds for the Constable and two 9-1-1 Board members; the committee recorded an all-aye vote in favor.
Chairman David Eldridge noted members present at the start of the meeting as Eldridge, Bauer, Schultz, Glenn Summers and Benere. The committee scheduled its next Legislative Committee meeting for April 4, 2023 and, on a motion by Bauer seconded by Benere, adjourned at 5:34 PM.
