Tyler Bauer, chair of the Franklin County Legislative Committee, opened the Sept. 5, 2024 meeting and the committee combined ten separate resolutions to add multiple private roads to Franklin County's road lists.
Glenn Summers moved to combine Resolutions 1 through 10; Dale Schultz seconded and the chair recorded "All Ayes," adopting the combined motion. The combined package listed the following roads and district designations: Clark Acres Lane (private, District 4); Beth Page Road (road list entry noted as "removed by mistake" on the agenda); Norris Lane (change to county road list, District 3); Hollow Wood Lane (private, District 4); Back Forty Lane (private, District 4); Hilltop Lane (private, District 4); Summers Farm Lane (private, District 4); Mud Lane (private, District 4); Raven Hill Lane (private, District 2); and New Heritage Lane (private, District 3).
The committee then introduced Resolution 11, "Resolution to approve the 2024 Franklin County Road List." Glenn Summers moved the motion and Dale Schultz seconded. The transcript records the motion but does not record a vote tally or the final outcome for Resolution 11.
The committee also introduced Resolution 12 to declare items surplus; Dale Schultz moved and Glenn Summers seconded. As with Resolution 11, the transcript does not record a vote or final outcome for Resolution 12.

Others listed as present included Sharon Byrum (Secretary), Tina Sanders, Denise Marshall, Kristie Bell, Brian Justice, David Eldridge, Carolyn Wiseman and Mayor Chris Guess.
