Dickson County Commission authorizes school fund amendments and two capital outlay note series

Resolution 06-2022-04 authorizes certain amendments to the General Purpose School Fund (Fund 141), the Federal Projects Fund (Fund 142), and the Central Cafeteria Fund (Fund 143). The motion (moved by Commissioner Mike Petty, seconded by Commissioner Danny Williams) passed by unanimous voice vote.
Two capital outlay note series were authorized: Resolution 06-2022-05 permits issuance of Highway Department Capital Outlay Notes, Series 2022, in an amount not to exceed $223,943; Resolution 06-2022-06 permits issuance of Solid Waste Department Capital Outlay Notes, Series 2022, in an amount not to exceed $195,598. Both motions passed by unanimous voice votes (06-2022-05 moved by Commissioner Becky Spicer and seconded by Commissioner Linda Hayes; 06-2022-06 moved by Commissioner Johnnie Reed and seconded by Commissioner Dwight McIllwain).
Separately, Resolution 06-2022-08 authorized certain amendments to all county funds except those established for schools; that motion also passed unanimously. The minutes do not specify the line-item changes or funding sources for these amendments.
