Kingston police to join Luzerne County Emergency Services Commission; town to pay $5,000 annually

She said the town's contribution would be $5,000 annually. Council asked no questions during the review.
No formal vote to adopt the resolution was recorded at the work session; Resolution 2025-25 was reviewed as presented.
