Supervisor Stephen Kelley moved to enter executive session under the authority of the Code of Virginia, citing §2.2-3711(A) paragraphs 1 and 5; Supervisor Keith Costello seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Also noted were Linda Miller, board secretary; Dr. Eric Workman, county administrator; and Paul Cassell, county attorney.
