- The Board unanimously voted to table the proposed transfer of the Dogwood Lane Solar Project to Dimension Renewable Energy until the Solar Committee meets with Dimension and reports back.
The Board also received the FY21/22 annual audit presentation from Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates, which reported a clean review with no management concerns and noted only one lease affected the balance sheet by $77 under new lease-review guidelines. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous vote.
