Supervisor Alvester Edmonds said public safety was his primary concern and asked that the Williamses maintain security guards and security cameras; Newton reminded the board that, per permit conditions, three complaints to the E911 Center could prompt a board review of the permit.
Supervisor Edmonds moved and Supervisor Frank Bacon seconded an amendment to CUP 5‑22 to permit alcohol until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays with venue closure by 1:00 a.m., and to include the outdoor pavilion and Porta‑Johns; the motion passed unanimously among members present.
