Administrator Tracy M. Gee reported the county received two proposals for audit services and, after interviews and vendor ratings, recommended Robinson, Farmer & Cox Associates. The Board approved engaging RFC for FY2023 audit work at a cost of $38,500 for the first year with an annual escalation, and approved $4,000 for the Cost Allocation Plan.
Gee also reported the county received no competitive responses to the health insurance RFP that could match The Local Choice. The Board approved continuing coverage with The Local Choice, maintaining 100% of employee premiums and increasing the monthly supplemental payments for dependent coverage to $150 for employee-plus-one and $200 for family coverage.
