- Michigan Trails Fund grant extension: The board authorized a request for extension to Michigan Trails Fund Grant MTF 2022-005 and authorized the Chair and County Administrator to sign related grant documents.
- Contract amendment: The board approved an amended and restated employee service contract for Craig Dixon to serve as Deputy Drain Commissioner, subject to approval as to form by legal counsel and signatures by the Chair and Drain Commissioner.
- Appointment: Dan Barcheski was reappointed to a six-year term on the Economic Development Committee and Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, expiring Dec. 31, 2030.
