JASPER, Ind. — The Dubois County Commissioners opened bids at 9:00 a.m. Oct. 21 for the Owner Occupied Rehabilitation (H.E.L.P.) program and took the submissions under advisement.
Auditor Sandra L. Morton announced the bid opening. Hulsman Refrigeration submitted a total shown as $52,583.81; Kelly’s Heating and Cooling submitted itemized quotes by homeowner and project line. Several homeowner line items were read aloud for houses listed on the bid chart. The board noted the bids will be reviewed by the inspector and awards will be made at the following meeting.
The board did not award contracts at the meeting; members recorded that the bids would be reviewed and that award decisions would be scheduled for the next regular meeting.
