Most motions passed unanimously on recorded votes (where recorded) or by voice vote. The marina engineering work and airport easement were presented to the board by Administrator Larson and Airport Manager Dennis Hext, respectively; Commissioner Glenn Anderson led multiple infrastructure and grant items.
