Commissioner Randy H. Bunch, chairman of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, said the board approved a 5-year lease with Elect IT Solutions for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West, McConnellsburg, at $250 per month to take effect when the space becomes available.
The board met with Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer of Elect IT Solutions (Witmer attended via Zoom) and approved SOW # ETM12042025-001 for IT staffing and support services, according to meeting minutes. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the lease and the SOW; both motions carried with "All in favor."
The commissioners also approved a $784.22 quote from Amazon for a View Station for the Treasurer's Office, submitted by Rick Grissinger, and approved CCAP PComp Contribution 1st Installment Invoice No. INVO62458 for $5,575.00.
The approvals are recorded as routine board actions; the lease specifies the monthly rent and a five-year term, and the SOW reference was entered into the minutes as ETM12042025-001. The lease will take effect when the leased space is available, per the motion.
