Line items included payments to Southwest Water Authority and Mor Gran Sou for Raleigh and Sheep Creek services ($110.64 and $184.08 listed, respectively); Levorsen Accounting & Tax, PC for rent ($50.00); payments for dirt work and supplies to Chairman Jerald Christensen ($200.00 and $72.89); Elgin True Value for supplies ($48.07); caretaker payments to Wayne Iszler ($1,250.00) and Andrew Kuntz ($1,000.00); a $250.00 annual premium to WSI; and pay vouchers totaling $1,078.16. Director Harold Gaugler moved to approve and pay the presented bills; Director Gary Meyer seconded and the motion carried, authorizing disbursement.
No roll-call tallies were recorded in the minutes; the transcript records motions as carried without individual vote counts. Secretary/Treasurer Julie Levorsen attested to the meeting record.
The board did not adopt any ordinances or binding resolutions beyond the motions to approve minutes, financials and bill payments. The meeting adjourned after routine business.
