Board members reviewed insurance coverage and agreed to participate in repairs to conduit joints at Raleigh Reservoir. The board also reviewed planned spring maintenance work for Raleigh Reservoir and for Sheep Creek.
The Raleigh Dam Emergency Action Plan was reviewed and board members determined that no substantive plan changes were required beyond updating contact names and phone numbers. Secretary/Treasurer Julie Levorsen was directed to contact the Grant County emergency manager to coordinate those updates.
No formal vote on repairs or a funding authorization for conduit work is recorded in the minutes; the entry indicates agreement to participate and that administrative follow-up on the Emergency Action Plan contact information will take place.
