The Grant County Water Resource District voted on routine business at its March 17, 2025 regular meeting in Elgin, approving the Feb. 10 meeting minutes and the February 2025 financial report.
During the meeting the board reviewed bills totaling $1,717.49. Items listed in the minutes were: Southwest Water Authority (Raleigh & Sheep Creek) $110.64; Mor Gran Sou (Raleigh & Sheep Creek) $185.50; Levorsen Acctg & Tax, PC (rent) $50.00; Donald Miller (2023 & 2024 fencing at Raleigh) $250.00; and pay vouchers $1,121.35. Director Harold Gaugler moved to approve and pay the bills; Director Gary Meyer seconded and the motion carried.
Chairman Jerald Christensen proposed a separate payment of $250 to Donald Miller for fence repair and maintenance covering 2023 and 2024. Gary Meyer moved to approve that payment, Harold Gaugler seconded and the motion carried.
The board completed its routine items and adjourned. The minutes record motions and seconders for each approval but do not list roll-call vote tallies.
