Grant County Water Resource District approves routine minutes, financial report and payments

The Grant County Water Resource District met on Aug. 19, 2024, and approved routine administrative items, including the minutes from the July 17 meeting and the July financial report. Directors Gary Meyer and Harold Gaugler moved and seconded the motions; each motion "carried," according to the meeting minutes.
The board reviewed a list of bills from vendors and individual payees that total $5,012.34, including charges for water service, sanitation and contract payments. The minutes list payees such as Southwest Water Authority, Mor Gran Sou, Lince Sanitation and individual payments to Andrew Kuntz and Wayne Iszler. Director Harold Gaugler moved to approve and pay the bills; Gary Meyer seconded and the motion carried.
The board also approved setting up automatic monthly payments for recurring bills to Mor Gran Sou and the Southwest Water Authority. The minutes record that Gary Meyer moved to authorize auto-pay and Harold Gaugler seconded; the motion carried.
The meeting record shows that correspondence was reviewed before Director Gary Meyer moved to adjourn; Harold Gaugler seconded and the meeting was closed.
