At the March 18, 2024 meeting, the Grant County Water Resource District discussed planned campground improvements and repairs at Raleigh Reservoir and Sheep Creek and noted seasonal conditions and staffing for the coming year.
Chairman Jerald Christensen reported he has been gathering information about possible campground improvements and reviewed necessary repairs and other improvements at Raleigh Reservoir. He also noted that ice is beginning to come off the dams, indicating seasonal transition for maintenance work.
The board was informed that Andrew Kuntz is willing to continue as the Raleigh Reservoir caretaker for 2024; this was reported in the minutes and no objection from board members was recorded.
