Morton County approves multiple plats, zoning amendments and a special-use permit; authorizes regional livestock planning grant resolution

Commissioner Buckley moved and Commissioner Morrell seconded to grant a special-use permit for aggregate extraction on the S½ of Section 1, Township 138N, Range 89W (west side of Highway 49). Morrell moved and Buckley seconded to authorize the Morton County Commission chairman to sign Resolution No. PZ24-13, to accept a Regional Livestock Planning Grant with the Lewis & Clark Regional Council; the motion carried on a unanimous vote.
