Bender moved the board into an executive session with Dunlap to discuss non‑elected personnel wages from 9:18 a.m. to 9:28 a.m.; Commissioner Thomas seconded and the motion passed 3‑0. The board returned to open session at 9:28 a.m. and stated that Dunlap will review employee wages.
