Kristina Silva, Ellsworth County Appraiser, asked the Ellsworth County Commission on Jan. 20 for clarification of the Neighborhood Revitalization Plan (NRP).
Silva said the NRP states construction must be completed in one year but that some applicants are requesting extensions beyond that one-year completion date and she is unsure whether those requests meet the plan's criteria. The commissioners asked Silva to return next week to discuss the matter when all three commissioners are present.
The transcript records the clarification request and the commissioners' instruction to return with the item when the full commission is available; no formal policy change or vote was recorded.
