Whitfield County extends lease for administration offices at 201 S. Hamilton Street

The minutes specify rent will remain $15,630 per month until June 30, 2024 and increase to $18,386.66 per month beginning July 1, 2024. The current lease was recorded as expiring Dec. 31, 2023 prior to the extension.
