The board approved four rezoning requests, including a change for a 0.23-acre parcel at 200 Quillian Road from General Commercial (C-2) to Low Density Single Family (R-2) and a 5.0-acre parcel at 233 Quinn Drive from Rural Residential (R-5) to General Agricultural (GA). Two parcels on Cleo Way were rezoned from R-2 to R-5. Each rezoning motion carried 4-0 following recommendations from the planning commission. Motions were typically made by Commissioner Barry W. Robbins and seconded by Commissioner John Thomas; votes were recorded as Commissioners Robbins, Thomas, Robby Staten and Greg Jones in agreement.
