At 6:12 p.m. the board returned to executive session for personnel matters (motion by Commissioner Greg Jones, seconded by Commissioner Robby Staten; approved 4-0) and reconvened at 7:00 p.m. after a motion by Commissioner Robbins, seconded by Commissioner Jones, to come out of that session. The minutes record a final return to a potential-litigation executive session at 7:01 p.m. (motion by Commissioner Greg Jones, seconded by Commissioner Barry W. Robbins; approved 4-0). The board exited executive session at 8:00 p.m. on a motion by Commissioner John Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Greg Jones; that motion also passed 4-0. The minutes indicate the meeting was then adjourned by unanimous vote.
