Commissioner John Mooney moved to ratify that the commissioners had given County Manager Michael Dinnerman permission to issue a purchase order to buy a solid-waste truck; the motion was seconded and approved. Magistrate Judge Lisa McCard asked to include the Magistrate Judge position; Commissioner John Mooney moved to add McCard and then moved that the chairman be given permission to proceed with the signed resolution. The motion passed with Commissioners Mooney, Daniel Cowan, Hope Harmon and Bennie Calloway voting in favor.
