Commissioner Charles Oddo moved to approve the application to operate a drug abuse treatment facility at 1008 Hwy 54 W in accordance with Sec. 110-175; Commissioner Charles Rousseau seconded. Commissioner Eric Maxwell said he was "happy to be voting for this" and thanked proponents who had supported the project. The motion passed 4-0; Chairman Lee Hearn was absent.
