The Board recessed into executive session at 6:51 p.m. and returned at 7:03 p.m. After returning to open session, the Board voted to approve the revised January 25, 2024 Executive Session minutes and the March 14, 2024 Executive Session minutes and authorized the chairman to sign the Executive Session Affidavit; all votes recorded were 5-0. The meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
