The board voted unanimously (Irwin, George, Srp: Yes) to approve the motion.
Supervisor Irwin then moved to authorize Chairperson Srp to sign Utility Permit No. 39-2-26 for Comcast’s proposed work, described in the minutes as the installation of new aerial fiber optic lines within the county right-of-way along 285th Avenue in Sections 19 and 30, T81N R04E, DeWitt Township. That motion also passed on a unanimous roll call.
