Solko seconded and the motion carried. The minutes record the board entering the session at 9:40 a.m. and ending at 9:50 a.m., with no action taken.
The meeting minutes also contain an internal timing inconsistency: a later adjournment entry records the meeting as adjourned at 9:40 a.m. The minutes do not record any formal personnel action taken during or after the executive session.
