Board holds public hearing on 2025 reappraisal schedule of values; no public comment

He said informational meetings will be held at library locations across Durham County but clarified those sessions are not appeals hearings. Doyle also said that any formal appeal of the SOV would be heard by the North Carolina Property Tax Commission.
Chair Nida Allam opened and closed the public hearing; no members of the public had signed up to speak. The Board thanked Doyle for the presentation; the record does not show an immediate vote to adopt the SOV at this session.
