The board also authorized up to two Planning Commission/Zoning Administration members to attend the Nebraska Planning and Zoning Association (NPZA) conference (motion by Sautter, passed unanimously).
The board approved Pipe Works Plumbing Estimate #16676 Option #1 in the amount of $13,289.00 (motion by Chairman Burke; motion carried unanimously). Lori White updated commissioners on the elevator punch list; no action was taken on that item.
