The Spencer County Fiscal Court will hold its regular meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 20, 2023, at 28 East Main Street. The meeting agenda lists a second reading of an Administrative Code policy change, review of bids and repair quotes for the courthouse, and consideration of Waterford Park improvements, among other items. The County Judge Executive will call the meeting to order.

Under New Business the court will hear a Chamber of Commerce presentation from Teresa Winkler and consider infrastructure and administrative items including Ashes Creek roads (Tom Mercer), the Fiscal Court Audit Report for FY22/23, Budget Amendment #1 (first reading), approval to put the county farm out to bid, building committee recommendations, creation of a Personnel Committee (Chair Will Eldridge; members Mike Stump, Dan Pharris, Brittany Veto), a proposed tourism/economic development project coordinator position, ambulance transmission repair, a Ford truck order, and routine invoices, bills and transfers. The agenda also includes the January monthly financial statement.
