The RFP (Proposal #2023-01) sets a July 1, 2023 deadline for proposals and instructs proposers to submit to the Spencer County Judge Executive office. The RFP packet lists contact information for county staff and describes the scope and submission instructions. The court noted there will not be a public meeting for the opening of proposals.
The action directs county staff to issue the solicitation, receive proposals by the specified deadline, and return to the Fiscal Court for any contract award decisions.
